A Des Moines gem ladies and gents. In the Drake neighborhood right next door to the Varsity Theater, this Mediterranean joint has the best gyros in town, great Greek Salads, and great ownership. They’re a local business and one that is worth supporting. Give it a jam, I guarantee you’ll be happy you did!

I love music. Freaking love it. But only good music. I think in the summer, I always want to grab a hold of one of those songs that make you instinctively roll down your window. Now I realize this is the guy from Crazy Town, and yes I do have a soft spot for the song, “Butterfly” (if you text me, I hear the beginning 4 seconds of that song), but you can’t tell me that you don’t have some musical guilty pleasures…
So enjoy this song, it’s a good summer time song. It’s a guarantee that you’ll get a little head bob going on…
